Thiago Falcão is a PhD Student at the Contemporary Communication and Culture Postgraduate Program of the Federal University of Bahia, where he is both member of the Society, Digital Technology and Interaction Research Group (GITS) and of the Cybercities Research Group (GPC). He currently develops a research concerning human interaction through virtual worlds, besides being the chief-editor of the game research website 'Realidade Sintética' (www.realidadesintetica.com), which gathers different portuguese-language aligned researchers in the attempt of formally putting together the game studies area in Brazil.
